Apology

I'm really sorry but this is terrible i have'nt been on here since December last year!!!!! Again I'm really sorry. There has been so much going on that it has totally slipped my mind but that is no excuse for the lateness of this. I have made 2 cakes since I was last here my son got a skateboard for his birthday and you guessed it he wanted a skateboard cake for his party!!!It was very easy to do but very dull as it was a black cake with 4 wheels (that was the colourfull part to it) . My husband and I had a combined 30th (60th) as our birthdays are 5 months apart so I made a 60th birthday cake in our favourite colours!!! I had my first ever attempt with edible roses and they turned out ok Iwas very impressed with them iIread they can take up to 2 years to perfect (I'm not saying they were perfect) there is room for improvement!!! I have an up and coming cake to make and this one will be a challenge its Lightning McQueen WOW its going to be big!!! That's all for now and i will definitely be in touch and it won't be in another 5 months I promise!!!
